IRCM is an independent institutional review board. We protect the people who take part in medical research, and we help good research move forward the right way — step by step, with real people at every decision.

Tell us what you're bringing usCreate a new submission — a brief description in your own words, and your study plan uploaded. No long forms; you name it at the end.
The IRB Admin prepares itYour package is read and checked for completeness. If anything is needed, we reach out — you respond right here in your portal.
The board reviewsReal physicians and reviewers read your work, discuss it, and put their names to the decision.
Your official letter arrives hereThe determination letter — and, where it applies, your stamped approved documents — are issued to your portal, where you also renew, amend, and report.

Access is by invitation — call 786.271.2156 and we'll set you up. The board meets monthly; submissions received by the first of the month are taken up that month.
